The early signals Wall Street is watching

When a major IPO filing happens, the smart money is already positioned. Our SpaceX IPO 2026 Exclusive Briefing is designed to give you the roadmap before the public window closes.

We break down the verified signals that typically appear before a major filing—signals that most retail investors miss until it's too late. Inside this briefing, you'll discover what you can legally access before a company goes public and the specific positioning strategies serious investors evaluate before volatility begins.

Stop waiting for the news cycle to tell you what's happening. Learn the access paths most people don't know exist and prepare your portfolio now.

If you ride the bus — or know someone who does — yesterday redrew the map. DART retired every one of its old local routes Sunday and replaced them with 11 new ones, and for the next two weeks, nobody pays a dime. Welcome to the biggest change to metro transit in years. Let's roll. 🚲

🚌 The big one: DART's new network is live — and free through June 30

It happened overnight. As of Sunday, every old DART route is gone, replaced by 11 redesigned routes built to run more often, all day, seven days a week, along the metro's busiest corridors. Four of those corridors now get a bus every 15 minutes. Stops are spaced farther apart — roughly every three to four blocks — a deliberate trade: fewer stops, faster and more reliable trips.

The payoff DART is selling: about 22,000 more residents will have access to transit, and the average metro resident can now reach thousands more jobs within a 45-minute weekday ride.

Here's the part to act on. Every ride is free June 14–30 while people learn the new system; regular fares return July 1. (The free window covers fixed routes — DART On Demand and Paratransit aren't included.) If you or someone in your house relies on the bus, don't guess at your new route: DART's "Learn My Route" tool maps your old trip to the new one.

The catch worth knowing: with stops thinned out and routes redrawn, some riders will walk a little farther or transfer differently than they did Friday. Two free weeks is the window to figure that out before it costs you.

⚡ Quick hits

⚽ Centennial's run ends one win from the final. The Jaguars' season is over after a 1-0 loss to No. 2 West Des Moines Valley in Friday's rescheduled Class 3A state semifinal at Ames. Third-ranked Centennial controlled possession and created chances but couldn't find the net, finishing 16-3-1 — three days after dismantling crosstown rival Ankeny 5-1 in the quarterfinal. There was hardware anyway: Evie Boyle, Josie Ehlinger, and Kayle Pezzetti made the Class 3A all-tournament team, and Boyle (a senior defender with three goals and seven assists) was a unanimous all-CIML first-team pick alongside teammates Emmarie Becker and Mady Postma. 📸 Local Business Spotlight: Cherrie' Photography — the anti-pose photographer

Most family photographers will tell your kids to sit still, look here, and smile. Sam Davidson-Stigler built Cherrie' Photography on the opposite idea: the best shots happen when nobody's posing. Her sessions are lifestyle shoots — the running, the cuddles, the chaos, "all those little in-between moments that tell your story best," as she puts it. The goal isn't a perfect portrait; it's the picture that actually feels like your family.

The Ankeny-based photographer shoots motherhood, families, seniors, and milestones, with a relaxed, play-first style built around genuine connection rather than stiff studio setups.

The basics:

I’m Retiring With $1.5M: Can I Safely Spend $10k/Month?

You’ve saved $1.5M. Now the real test: can it generate $10K/month, or will it run dry?

Most retirees find out too late.

It’s not just what you have. It’s whether your portfolio can pay you.

Taxes, timing, and the 4% rule all matter.

If you have $1M+, do not guess.

⚡ Today's Takeaway

The metro's bus map got rebuilt from scratch overnight — 11 new routes, free to ride through June 30. If you ride, learn your new route now while it's free; if you don't, today's a sunny 78° and the council gavels back in at 5:30.

Tomorrow: we recap tonight's City Council meeting — the first since the June 1 session that borrowed $26 million and rewrote three ordinances.
